Dial
The cream colored guilloche dial is hand assembled. It is thick and made of brass with subtle grain textures. The markers are hand polished, applied metal indices. The Dauphine hands are 3 Dimensional and made of brass.
Engine
Inside is a Japanese Automatic Mechanical movement with a 40 hour power reserve, cote de geneve decorations, 21 Jewels and engraved rotor design.
Glass
It is domed and made of high quality, scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating.
Strap
22 mm wide. It is made of thick but soft genuine calf leather that comes with a polished buckle matching the case.

It's Makina's modern day tribute to an age-old tool watch used by doctors. The pulsometer scale on the inner bezel helps calculate heart rates. (1) Counting pulses as soon as the seconds hand hits the 12 or 6 o'clock position and then (2) marking its position on the pulsometer scale on the 15th pulse will give you, your heart's BPM.
