All watches are under warranty for 24 months from date of purchase against non-manmade defects and movement defects. Makina cannot be responsible for: damage caused by inappropriate use, normal wear and tear, strap or crystal damage, loss and theft (of entire watch or part of) and unauthorized repair or modification work.
In order to redeem services, you must show proof of order and ship (under your expense) to our Manila HQ. Contact us here, if and when you require servicing. You can also inquire about servicing thru our social media platforms.
Makina will process and ship out within 7 days after an order has been made. For international orders, Makina will work with trusted major couriers when shipping goods to your country. For local orders, Makina will use grab or lalamove. Once unit(s) are shipped, Makina cannot be responsible for the unit(s) and its destination; responsibility will be passed on to couriers.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Makina has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country. Makina will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the units are destined. Makina cannot be liable or responsible should you break any such law.
