All watches are under warranty for 24 months from date of purchase against non-manmade defects and movement defects. Makina cannot be responsible for: damage caused by inappropriate use, normal wear and tear, strap or crystal damage, loss and theft (of entire watch or part of) and unauthorized repair or modification work.
In order to redeem services, you must provide a complete box set and ship to one of our service locations (Hong kong or Manila). Contact us here, if and when you require servicing.
Makina will ship within 3-4 days after an order has been made (unless there is a waitlist, for which we will have an announcement for on our landing page). For international orders, Makina will work with trusted major couriers when shipping goods to your country. For local orders, Makina will use LBC or Grab Delivery. Once unit(s) are shipped, Makina cannot be responsible for the unit(s) and its destination; responsibility will be passed on to couriers.
For International orders, You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Makina has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country. Makina will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the units are destined. Makina cannot be liable or responsible should you break any such law.
