The Philippine Rheumatology Association was inaugurated on May 27, 1964. It is composed of doctors whose main interests are the rheumatic diseases. Members have undergone training in the field of rheumatology and clinical immunology for at least two years and had passed the board examination given by the Philippine Specialty Board of Rheumatology. Currently the PRA has 235 members, with 208 Adult Rheumatologists and 27 Pediatric Rheumatologists.

This exclusive limited edition timepiece was designed to commemorate PRA's 60th anniversary. Only 80 pieces were made and uses MAKINA's current flagship model, Mephisto.
